1. Eligibility for Returns
To qualify for a return:
- Items must be unused, unwashed, and in original condition
- Tags and packaging must be intact
- A valid order number must be provided
- Returns must be requested within a reasonable time frame
Certain items cannot be returned:
- Underwear
- Socks
- Clearance or final sale items (unless they are faulty)
2. Faulty or Incorrect Items
If you receive a faulty, damaged, or incorrect item:
- Contact us with your order number and photos of the issue
- We will review the case
- A replacement or refund will be provided if the claim is valid
Return shipping fees for faulty items will be covered by BrightBridge.
3. Change of Mind
If you change your mind, return shipping costs are the customer’s responsibility. Refunds will be processed after the returned items are inspected and approved.
4. Refund Method
Approved refunds will be issued to the original payment method. Processing time may vary depending on the payment provider.
5. Exchanges
We currently do not offer direct exchanges. If you want a different size or item, please return the original product and place a new order.
