2. Shipping Rates & Delivery Estimates
Delivery times are estimates and commence from the date of shipping, rather than the date of order.
- Standard Shipping: Usually 3-7 business days.
- Express Shipping: Usually 1-3 business days (available for most metropolitan areas).
- Regional Areas: Please allow additional time for deliveries to Western Australia, Northern Territory, and regional parts of Queensland or South Australia.
- International Shipping: Delivery times vary by destination and will be calculated at checkout.

Once your order has shipped, we will provide you with a tracking number via email. You can track your parcel through our courier partner’s portal (e.g., Australia Post, Aramex, or StarTrack).
4. Shipping Address & Redelivery
- Customers are responsible for providing a complete and accurate shipping address (including business names or apartment numbers).
- PO Boxes & Parcel Lockers: Please ensure your selected shipping method supports delivery to PO Boxes if required.
- If a parcel is returned to us due to an incorrect address or failure to collect, a redelivery fee may apply.
5. Lost of Damaged Parcels
We take great care in packing your items, but we understand things can happen during transit.
- Damaged Items: If your order arrives damaged, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos of the packaging and the product.
- Lost Parcels: If your tracking information shows “Delivered” but you haven’t received it, or if it has stopped moving, please notify us immediately so we can launch an inquiry with the courier.

- Within Australia: All shipping costs include GST (Goods and Services Tax).
- International Orders: Customers are responsible for any local import duties, taxes, or customs fees incurred in the destination country.
